Information we collect
To check Pro licenses, we use the license key, a randomly generated install ID and the extension version.
When you buy a paid plan, we process the payment status, Stripe customer ID, plan and your email address through Stripe Checkout and webhooks.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect screenshots, page URLs, page titles, page content, browsing history, cookies, localStorage or form input.
Capturing, stitching and saving happen in your browser, and image data is never sent to CleanPageShot servers.
How we use information
The information is used for license activation, providing Pro features, checking payment status, handling refunds and inquiries, and preventing misuse.
It is not used for advertising, external ad networks, sale to third parties or browsing analytics.
Chrome Web Store User Data Policy
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and deletion
License keys are checked as hashes on the server, and only hashes are stored in the database.
The extension’s license status and settings are stored in Chrome storage. Removing the extension or resetting its settings deletes them from your device.
External services
The website and API run on Cloudflare Workers. Payments use Stripe. Inquiries use Google Forms.
Information handled by each service is also subject to that service’s privacy policy.
