Refunds

Basic policy
CleanPageShot is a digital product, so refunds after purchase are limited in principle. Duplicate payments, billing errors, serious defects and cases required by law are handled individually.
Monthly and Annual plans
You can cancel a subscription anytime. After cancelling, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling normally stops the next renewal.
Lifetime plan
The Lifetime plan is a one-time digital license. Within 14 days of purchase, if a serious defect prevents you from using the main features, we will review whether a refund is possible.

To request a refund, contact us with the email address used for the purchase, the plan, and the problem you are having.
