Check your plan
CleanPageShot runs on a single license key. There is no sign-in on this website. Whether you are on Pro is shown in the “License” section of the extension settings.
To open the settings, right-click the CleanPageShot icon in the toolbar and choose “Options”.
If you lost your license key
The key appears on screen right after purchase. If you closed that page, contact us with the email address and plan you used, and we will send you the same key.
Change payment method or cancel
You can cancel the Monthly and Annual plans anytime. After cancelling, Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. The Lifetime plan has nothing to cancel.
Use “Manage payment, receipts and cancellation” in the “License” section of the extension settings to cancel or change your payment method.
If that page does not open, ask us to cancel through the contact form, with the email address you used for the purchase.
Free a slot on a device you no longer use
One Pro key works on up to 3 devices. If you gave away a device, or reinstalled Chrome and cannot go back to the old one, free its slot here.
Enter your license key and press “Show devices” to list the devices activated with it. Then press “Free slot” next to the one to remove.
If you have not installed the extension yet
Add it from the Chrome Web Store first. Capturing pages and saving as PNG are free.
